From signal to strategy to finished work.

Bellwether is a Strategic Signal Model, an AI system built for a single domain that turns real-world signal into a prioritized strategic decision, then produces the deliverable needed to act. It ingests your brand, client records, documents, and the open market into a single graph; analyzes with tiered AI reasoning; and carries that context into every report, plan, and asset the platform produces.

A Strategic Signal Model, not a stack.

Modern marketing organizations are not short on tools. They are short on memory between them. Bellwether is built as a Strategic Signal Model (SSM), a domain-specific AI system that decides, not just generates, so every recommendation compounds.

Large language models answer questions. Analytics tools describe what happened. Automation tools move data. None of them decide. An SSM is the missing category: an AI system purpose-built for one domain that turns real-world signal into a prioritized strategic decision, then produces the deliverable required to act on it.

Bellwether is the first SSM for marketing. It centralizes intelligence, strategy, execution, and operational workflows inside a single connected platform, behaving less like an application and more like infrastructure on which marketing operations are planned, prepared, and executed.

Today, intelligence sits in one set of tools, creation in another, reporting in a third, and client systems somewhere else entirely. Each is competent in isolation. Few add up.

Bellwether treats marketing as an operational discipline. Signals enter the system continuously through the Opening Bell brief, intelligence is produced, strategy is structured, execution is generated, and the work connects directly to the systems where revenue is actually managed.

“LLMs answer. SSMs decide.”

Fragmentation is the bottleneck.

The defining failure of modern marketing operations is not a lack of data. It is the disconnection between the systems that produce it.

Intelligence sits in dashboards. Creation lives in unrelated tools. Workflows are duplicated across teams. Reporting is reconstructed manually. Client systems run parallel to marketing systems with little structured exchange.

The cost is operational. Strategy work that should take a week takes a month. Campaign preparation that should take days takes weeks. By the time the organization is ready to act, the moment has often passed.

“Companies do not suffer from a lack of marketing tools. They suffer from a lack of operational coherence.”

What follows is observable in nearly every organization above a certain size: scattered intelligence, disconnected creation, duplicated workflows, inconsistent strategy, siloed client data, and reactive, rather than coordinated, execution.

Signal → Strategy → Action → Deliverable.

Every Strategic Signal Model follows the same four-step arc. In Bellwether, that arc is expressed as three operational layers, each feeding the next so the work compounds rather than restarts.

  • The morning brief that runs the day.

Opening Bell is the always-on intelligence loop at the center of Bellwether. It watches the things that move a brand, competitors, sentiment, client activity, AI search citations, and the open web, then compiles what changed and what to do about it before the day begins.

The brief is generated against the brand record and the live client record. Every overnight signal, a competitor pricing change, a negative review cluster, a deal that crossed an intent threshold, a mention spike, a stalled task, is scored, deduplicated, and ranked by impact and urgency.

The output is not a feed. It is a short, ordered list of Immediate Actions. Each action carries a priority, a window, an expected impact, and a sequence of steps. Every step routes to the exact tool inside the platform that produces the output Competitor Intel, Email Campaign, Social Creator, Ad Creator, Blog Creator, Content Calendar, so the work moves from signal to artifact without leaving the system.

“Opening Bell turns the morning question: "what should we do today?": into ranked, actionable tasks.”

When client records are empty, the brief runs in demonstration mode against representative data. The moment a deal, contact, or company is added, the next scan reflects it.

    A lightweight on-ramp into Bellwether.

Vibe Check is a public, low-friction diagnostic that gives marketers and operators a fast read on their brand or category before they ever sign in. It is the first surface most users meet, and it is engineered as the front door of the activation funnel.

Vibe Check was inspired by online influencers who need a quick way to find direction how to grow their following and decide what to create next. Anyone can use it, but Vibe Check delivers fast, actionable advice grounded in brand presence and audience analysis.

Vibe Check answers a single question in under a minute: how is this brand performing right now across positioning, content gravity, audience clarity, and competitive exposure? It is intentionally narrow. The goal is not to replicate the platform, it is to reveal that a deeper system exists behind the answer.

Each result is generated from the same intelligence layer the full platform uses, but truncated and shaped for first contact. The output is honest enough to be useful and incomplete enough to create demand for the rest.

Every Vibe Check produces a score paired with a written read of the findings, packaged as a shareable card. Users can post it directly from the platform, turning a private diagnostic into a public signal, and a quiet distribution channel back to Bellwether.

  • · Reveal the platform's intelligence in a single interaction.
  • · Surface gaps & opportunities worth acting on.
  • · Shift the visitor from curiosity to qualified intent.
  • · Capture a lead with diagnostic context attached.
  • · Grow active user base with scale.
  • VPs, directors, and heads of marketing evaluating whether their current stack is producing real strategic output.

Early-stage operators who need a category read without the cost or delay of an agency engagement.

Practitioners assessing whether Bellwether can replace fragmented research and authoring tools across their client portfolio.

Visitor lands on a public Vibe Check entry point, a shared link, a campaign, or a referral.

Brand URL or a few signals are submitted. No account required.

The intelligence layer scans, scores, and surfaces the most actionable observation.

The results show there is a much deeper system behind the first answer.

The visitor creates an account and starts using Bellwether to get deeper, richer, and more actionable insights.

Vibe Check is not a static report. Each diagnostic emits behavioral cues designed to move the user toward a specific Bellwether capability. The cues are tied to what the analysis actually finds, so the path forward feels earned rather than promotional.

Prompt to open the Content Calendar and Strategy Copilot to rebuild a 30/60/90 plan grounded in the diagnostic.

Prompt to run the Customer Persona Analyzer with the brand context already loaded from Vibe Check.

Prompt to launch the Trend Intelligence and Visual Market Strategy modules to map authority and whitespace.

Prompt to run the Compliance Engine on flagged copy and surface safer wording variants.

Account creation framed as preserving the diagnostic, not as a paywall, the brand profile is built from the same input.

Single click moves the user from public Vibe Check into the authenticated workspace with brand, persona, and findings preloaded.

    What the platform sees.

Beyond the Opening Bell loop, the intelligence layer is organized as connected modules. Each answers a specific question about the market; together, they produce a coherent picture rather than a collection of dashboards.

    From intelligence to direction.

The strategy layer is what differentiates Bellwether from ordinary AI tooling. It does not only analyze; it advises, prioritizes, and structures decisions.

Strategy operates at two altitudes. Within an individual module, it converts a specific analysis into focused recommendations. Across the platform, it generates master planning reports synthesizing the full operational picture into a single document.

The result is not a feed of suggestions. It is a structured plan: priorities ranked, actions sequenced, and dependencies made explicit.

“Bellwether does not simply analyze data. It advises, prioritizes, and structures decision-making.”

A curated set of operational tools, organized by layer.

Bellwether contains a large set of specialized tools rather than a flat collection of generators. The catalog below shows representative modules grouped by the operational layer they support.

    Intelligence Tools

Continuously watches competitors, sentiment, and the open web. Compiles a morning brief of what changed overnight, turns it into ready-to-write content ideas (articles, guides, blog posts, newsletters, social posts) that open Content Creator prefilled, and lists what is worth knowing and worth researching, all savable to the Library.

Vibe Score from 18 fixed checks across six parts, each rated 0 to 4 from inspected evidence. Bellwether calculates the score, shows a range when evidence is thin, marks missing evidence as Unknown, and returns the same score for the same evidence.

AI Presence results counted from recorded answers: mention, recommendation, owned citation, accuracy and competitive share, split into branded and unbranded test groups per engine, with coverage and a snapshot label when samples are small.

Industry Powerup that joins Real Estate Pulse property records and Mortgage Pulse national rate data for one shared market into a single housing story: a 2 to 3 sentence summary, three direction indicators (Affordability, Buyer Leverage, Seller Pressure), a five layer ZIP map (Affordability, Buyer Leverage, Seller Pressure, Market Momentum, Opportunity) with grey Not enough data areas under 5 records, and 4 to 6 source-backed stories with Why it matters, What to do and evidence. Stories feed social posts, reports and the blog writer, one or many selected. Updates cost 1 credit, are free if run in the last 12 hours, and never charge twice. Financing insights appear only with Mortgage Pulse access; national rates are never shown as local.

Early-access Industry Powerup for loan officers and mortgage marketing teams, sharing Real Estate Pulse markets. Each update reads national 30 and 15 year Freddie Mac PMMS benchmarks and the 10 year Treasury from public Federal Reserve data, stored once for all accounts, and pairs them with local housing signals Real Estate Pulse already holds. Fixed rules build cards for Rate Environment, Buyer Power (illustrative principal and interest math with assumptions shown) and Mortgage Opportunity, each with source, date, geography and confidence. National averages are never labeled as local quotes or APR, and FHA, VA and Jumbo cards stay hidden until a verified source exists. Cards feed social posts, the blog writer (one or many selected) and four reports written only from stored cards. Updates cost 1 credit when new cards are created, with a Mortgage Pulse monthly budget. Opening Bell shows up to two recent Mortgage Pulse cards, Ask Bellwether answers rate questions from saved sourced cards, and an admin page shows source freshness, failures, credits and grants early access per account. Public page at /mortgage-pulse.

Notes a person adds to the Brain (for example a canonical description of a presenter, or a rule that the brand logo never appears in a generated image) are binding rules, not suggestions. They are loaded verbatim into every writer and image maker: automations and Predictive Publishing, Quick Post, the Social Composer, Creator tools, Action scripts, storyboards, backgrounds and presenter looks. The pre-publish image check reads the same rules, and an image that contradicts one is held for review with the broken rule quoted. Changing a Brain rule requires a fresh Action storyboard approval.

Analyzes competitor positioning, messaging, and visible movement.

Reads how customers and the market discuss a brand or category.

Identifies how a brand appears in AI-generated answers and citations.

Surfaces segments and motivations worth prioritizing.

Locates topical and structural gaps versus competitors.

Surfaces emerging topics and category momentum from search and social.

Audits a brand or competitor site for structure, messaging clarity, SEO/AEO posture, and conversion readiness.

Identifies the friction, objections, and unanswered questions that prevent prospects from converting.

Public /demo walkthrough with Sarah. Visitors can correct the detected industry before confirming their brand. Questions adapt to that saved choice. Real estate and mortgage visitors get two ZIP checks with clearly labeled deterministic demo numbers, never live listing data or provider source links. Mortgage previews include a sample rate and principal-and-interest payment, never a quote. Paid accounts get access to live market data. Selected cards and the current goal drive saved social or blog draft previews, the illustrative learning loop and the private report. Ask Sarah can change supported goals or check another ZIP without spending a free-text question; five evidence-only questions are allowed per session with no customer-account tools. Changing the ZIP or goal invalidates old selections and drafts; exported reports remain immutable. Anonymous identity persists only in the saved browser or signed-in account, not across devices or cleared browser storage. Report preview needs no email; a valid email linked to the configured Bellwether CRM owner unlocks the branded PDF. Requested emails contain expiring private download links. Demo Studio provides admin-only period-filtered session totals, recorded stage visits, industry and playbook distributions, actual active viewing and questions, market-check outcomes, report and email status, Sarah clip controls, versioned playbooks and a pause switch. Statistics paginate all matching records; repeated events do not inflate distinct session counts. Provider costs, audible listening time and paid conversions remain unmeasured. Active viewing is tracked separately from elapsed time.

Every public Bellwether page ships its full rendered text, headlines and links in the page file, with per-page titles, breadcrumbs and a full-site text file for answer engines, so AI assistants and crawlers that don't run scripts read the real copy.

    Strategy Tools

Ranked action cards with what was seen, the exact change, where, when done and when to check back. Generic advice and promised results are rejected. Vibe Studio adds a Beyond Social area for website and trust work.

Ranks surfaced opportunities by leverage and reachability.

Structures category framing and message hierarchy.

Translates intelligence into campaign architecture and priorities.

Synthesizes cross-module findings into one strategic view.

Recommends what to write next based on brand signals, competitor coverage, audience interests, and visibility gaps.

Builds a phased operating plan with priorities, milestones, and owners across the first ninety days of engagement.

One page that compares a chosen period with the one before: posts published, success rate, content created, impressions, engagements and clicks by network, top posts, Vibe Check and AI Presence history, goal progress and upcoming posts. Missing numbers show as not measured.

Brand-level goals in the Brain with a measure, start, target and due date. Progress updates from real records, and Suggest goals uses Bellwether Intelligence to propose 3 to 5 goals.

Ask Bellwether can write a progress report comparing the last period with the previous one across content, posts, reports, Brain items and scores, saved to Saved Reports.

    Execution Tools

Full Bellwether admins securely connect their LiveAvatar account, list live avatars, submit a qualifying photograph for 720p alpha training, follow training status and rename avatars from Bellwether Models. Provider plan limits and charges apply. Live avatars stay separate from recorded-video models. Native Zoom meeting invitations are not verified in the provider documentation and are not enabled.

Action attaches a deliberate thumbnail from the finished episode when no cover has been supplied. Manual covers are carried through without redrawing or cropping. YouTube publishing, scheduling and due-time delivery require an attached cover; missing or failed covers hold the post in Flight Check with a clear reason.

Presenter renders require an explicit account-owned Look and use Studio composition to remove the original backdrop and place the presenter over the scene background. Generator direction no longer pads scenes to target lengths or requests a second narration-text layer. Narrated scene clips are decoded in small AAC batches and refused when unintentional silence exceeds 1.5 seconds. Repairs retain previous video objects and clear publication approval for owner review. Exact-location fidelity and caption-layer acceptance still require inspection of the finished frames.

Current Brain rules are rechecked when booking, rescheduling and sending social posts, including legacy content. Final images are checked for brand lettering, presenter likeness, subject relevance, readable titles and weekday wording. Brand-specific Instagram hashtag restrictions apply to old captions too. Failed checks hold content in Flight Check with the reason. Composer image changes synchronize exact destination pictures into Flight Check and pause unsent bookings for reapproval. Bellwether keeps future bookings until their slot so later rule changes cannot be bypassed by an early provider handoff.

Industry Powerup on every plan: one record per property with photos, agents, team and brokerage branding, and an automatic history of price, status and open house changes. Create Marketing recommends an approach from the property facts and its own campaign history, offers up to three creative directions with one marked Recommended, then builds a campaign pack: square, portrait, story and carousel graphics, captions, a branded flyer and multi-page brochure PDF, and a QR sign. Copy uses only saved facts and stays fair housing safe. Changes flag outdated assets with one-click Update Assets; Open House Weekend combines several homes. Publish routes through Flight Check with a tracked link; performance counts tracked visits, QR scans and downloads, and approvals, edits and rejections are kept as learning signals. Team roles (Admin, Agent, Approver) limit who edits listings and who approves campaigns, checked on the server. Opening Bell shows up to three listing actions a day from each property's own facts, with Real Estate Pulse market figures cited by source and date when saved for that area, and buyer questions from Conversations that mention a listing appear as People are asking. Each property can be tied to a brand so brand standards, the AI image label, Capture and learning apply. Campaigns can be scheduled onto the Content Calendar (open house reminders 3 days and 1 day before), handed to the Email Campaign Builder pre-filled, and Request photos sends a Capture request to field staff, and photos they send back are copied into the property photo set automatically. Tracked link visits and QR scans log anonymous listing interest in CRM, approvals and Not right reasons become unreviewed Bellwether Intelligence notes, Agents' campaigns notify Approvers, and connected AI agents can read listings, list listing actions and ask the team for a campaign through Assist, with publishing still through Flight Check. People are asking questions can be saved to CRM as leads. The public Real Estate Tools page at /real-estate-tools explains Listings and Pulse together with the loop and workflows.

Produces long-form, briefs, and editorial drafts from intelligence.

Creates topic clusters and entity-aware content briefs.

Generates sequenced multi-channel post sets aligned to strategy.

Compiles structured client-ready and internal reporting.

Generates on-brand visual assets, campaign images, social creatives, and supporting graphics, from strategic briefs.

Drafts paid media plans with channel mix, audience targeting, message angles, and budget shaping.

Available in every plan. Creator, Professional and Enterprise. Each brand connects its own social accounts, composes network-specific posts, schedules them on the content calendar, approves them through Flight Check, and publishes directly to the connected networks. Accounts and posting history are isolated per brand.

Composes, schedules, and publishes to connected networks, with a unified inbox, automation rules, and short-link tracking.

Publishes approved articles straight to connected WordPress sites with mapping, scheduling, and status tracking. Unreleased pilot: Creator and Professional accounts request access; admins approve and track setup, publish jobs and problem reports.

One Approvals card on every plan: pick approvers from the team, how many approvals are needed, a deadline and whether self-approval is allowed. Approvers approve, request changes or reject on the Content Calendar; missed deadlines hold the post back.

Assist connections give Claude Code, MCP tools, A2A agents and custom code a logged, revocable key per brand; browser agents such as ChatGPT agent and Muse work in the signed-in session with ?agent=NAME. The public /agentic-assist page explains AI Connect in detail (MCP, Ask Bellwether, Explore/Create/Act access, approvals, Action Receipts and Agent Sessions). One shared set of steps powers the public /agents guide, the private Agent Manual and How to Use.

Connects customer websites hosted on Netlify with an encrypted per-brand token. Bellwether rebuilds the site whenever a post is published, updated or removed, and shows deploy status, test and rebuild controls in the Connections Hub.

Connects any client website, including sites built outside the platform, to a brand with its own hashed, revocable API key. Approved blog posts are published to a key-authenticated content feed the site reads directly, with slug, excerpt, meta fields, featured image, publish history, key rotation and unpublish. Every request is scoped to a single brand. Admin > Customer Websites lets the Bellwether team connect a customer site, issue the key and setup prompt, track setup progress, change the web address, publish or unpublish for the customer, and read first-party site analytics (views, visitors, top posts, sources, devices) without signing in to the customer account. Connected sites load a centrally served Bellwether runtime, so tracking and improvements ship to every site without manual updates, and each site shows its update status. Every 12 hours each site's stats update one Brain summary per site, and 7 days after a post goes live a one-time post-results note ties views and deep reads back to the Library item, so future content learns from what readers engaged with. A per-brand Label AI images switch in Brand settings adds a small AI Generated overlay to AI-made pictures in Bellwether and on connected sites, without altering the image files.

Creates reusable brand avatars with multi-view generation, then applies them across image, social, meme, and blog production.

Still-image avatars trained on photos the customer uploads, used across social posts, ads, email, presentations and reports. Included in every plan at no extra fee, with no identity limit.

On-camera presenters powered by HeyGen Avatar IV, built and voiced in house by Bellwether as Bellwether Models. Customers do not build video avatars: every paid plan can choose a published presenter in Video Studio or Action and render 15 and 30 second videos from briefs generated anywhere in the platform. Video costs 1 credit per 3 seconds. Digital Twin training from footage is internal only.

Intelligence-powered video shows. Action proposes recurring shows from the brand's real Intelligence or a typed concept, writes a Show Blueprint, Show Bible and roadmap, plans each episode into timed scenes that must fit 15 to 300 seconds, writes a director-style shot brief for every scene (framing, camera move, light, texture and sound) in an on-brand visual style set per show, renders with the host avatar's own voice, supports scene edits, locks, instructions and versions, and, for presenter shows, renders each scene separately (the episode's look, the scene's framing and a background built from its shot direction) then joins the clips into one MP4 with Bellwether's own Video Joiner (no re-encoding, no outside service), with a live progress bar of scenes finished, joining and time left, after one credit quote, with refunds on failure. Connected AI tools can render through Assist (render_action_episode) with the same quote, charge and refund. Shows can feature products added from a product page link (benefits, photos and disclaimers read from the page) and learn from extra pages, and can use UGC testimonial, product explainer or unboxing styles; scripts use only saved product facts, health claims are guarded, and product scenes place the real product photo in the shot.

The Scene tab in Video Studio makes a 5 to 15 second clip with its own sound from a description, an opening image, or up to 9 reference photos, with no presenter. Brand rules are added on the server, logos and words only appear when asked, and the finished clip is saved to the library. Costs 1 credit per 3 seconds and failed scenes are refunded.

Editable, versioned standing show direction governs scripts, storyboards and renders: exact named locations, creator-photo priority, light, framing, camera moves, presenter appearance and cloned voice. Storyboards expose each background source and full generation prompt. Creator approval is required before credits are charged; changed scenes or instructions invalidate it. Episodes retain the instruction snapshot used for their rendered video. Caption-on narrated shots require the provider's burned-in captioned video before saving or joining; plain video and subtitle files are not accepted as substitutes. Caption repairs can reuse the provider's captioned edition without changing the narration or regenerating imagery, retaining the original video. Action remains an admin-only pilot.

Action checks selected presenter backgrounds before approval and generated plates before submitting a presenter video. Plates need a safe solid standing surface at the exact location, not open water, pool channels or cliff edges. Composition requests planted boots and matching contact shadows. Five distributed output samples hold floating presenters, gaps under boots and waterline cutoffs independently of caption checks. Full-body shots cannot pass with hidden feet. Provider motion guidance does not guarantee exact placement; unsuitable creator photos are flagged, never silently replaced. Existing renders remain unchanged.

Action's admin pilot distinguishes presenter still, environment still, avatar performance and generated scenes. Upload person checks suggest a type that the creator can override. Still shots animate through Runway without an avatar and receive narrated Studio captions. Avatar performances require people-free plates. New scripts target short shots; existing storyboards can be split into approximately 10-second shots without losing narration or source photos. Types are frozen in storyboard approval. New rendered scenes require five distributed person and caption checks before joining; unavailable checks hold the render. Presenter stills can also create an episode wardrobe look. Caption styling remains the provider's supported default preset, with clipped or duplicate captions held for repair.

Design a presenter in Video Studio or Action using clothing, background and detail descriptions, or Create look from image with a finished photoshoot still. Image looks use the uploaded person, actual garment and scene directly through photo-based creation, not a text-only redraw. The source image is stored durably; its original setting stays unless a separate scene background is selected. The same photoshoot is not composited behind its own presenter a second time. Each look is reusable and account-private. A look still building never falls back to the default outfit. Final garment and location fidelity require inspection of the rendered frames.

A Bellwether-owned library of ready Video Avatars, built and voiced in house, that any customer can use. Shared models never count against a customer identity limit, and renders bill at the normal video credit rate. Admins publish or unpublish each model.

Generates motion and audio assets from strategic briefs for campaign and social use.

Produces culturally-aware short-form concepts with risk ratings and ready-to-shoot scene scripts.

Builds client-ready decks from report content with generated imagery and export to PDF.

Automatically saves every generated report, article, image, and video to a searchable brand-scoped library.

Drafts campaign emails, subject-line variants, and platform-compliant ad copy within character limits.

Each automation, or the brand default set in Flight Check, chooses Review mode (every post goes to Drafts first) or Auto-post mode. Auto-post runs are made 2 hours before their slot with the title already on the picture, pass the caption, picture and shape checks, and post at the slot with no human step. A failed check gets one automatic redo, then the draft goes to Drafts with the reason and the owner gets a bell and email alert. The first 3 passing runs after switching on are a trial, and any failure restarts it. A post is only marked published once the network confirms it exists; run history records every check, the exact post and its links.

A one-time brand opt-in under Settings, Publishing. Bellwether turns fresh Intelligence findings and Opening Bell opportunities into scored opportunities, writes one grounded post in the brand voice, and runs an independent Failsafe (plan, consent, daily and weekly limits, duplicates, risk rules, failure circuit breaker). Auto Publish schedules posts that pass; Hold for Review, or anything uncertain, goes to Drafts. Political and election topics are never posted on their own. Every opportunity records a prediction that is later checked against real results, and scoring improvements are tested in shadow and rolled back if they are worse. Optional website articles go to the connected site, a calendar and 30-day report show posts, AI cost and notifications, and a staged rollout (shadow, pilot, all) controls who can auto publish.

    Connected Operations

Internal preparation for reusable external AI identities: disabled-by-default identities, server-only credential records, versioned deny-by-default public tool policies, quotas and sanitized audit records. Existing Assist keys are unchanged. External keys use a separate MCP path that lists and runs only explicitly granted reviewed public tools, rejects guessed tool names and customer scope arguments, reserves quotas atomically and audits every decision. Admins approve versioned public product knowledge that external agents may search, manage agent keys, limits and a kill switch, and sync approved knowledge to an ElevenLabs agent. Access is switched off until security signoff.

Industry Powerup on every plan: paste a prospect website, run the existing Vibe Check and AI Visibility engines, pick sections and findings, then generate a Bellwether, custom or co-branded report with PDF and secure share link. Findings map to the Bellwether capabilities that address them, using retrieved results only. Result tabs open as each check finishes; custom branding prefills from saved defaults or white-label settings and supports logo upload; a How to Use guide and agent manual workflow cover every step. Sales sections add a 90-day deliverables roadmap from the measured baseline (no promised results) and a Get started path; when the prospect signs up the report links to their account, offers its findings to their Brain on confirmation and becomes a starter checklist.

Every Vibe and AI Presence report per brand with freshness, side-by-side comparison of matched versions only, and CSV or JSON export.

A free AI Presence scan can be added to the matching brand after sign up, once, with no new scan and no credits.

Saved ideas, takeaways, research questions and recommendations from Opening Bell and Ask Bellwether, with status, notes and one-click research. Ask Bellwether researches each question on request with GPT-6 Astra and cited public sources, never inventing data, and writes the answer back to the item.

Tracks campaign status, ownership, and timelines per client.

Raises user-actionable alerts, expiring access, substituted fonts, completed runs, failed scans, in the in-app bell and by email.

Manages seats, brand sharing, plan entitlements, and per-generation credit tracking across Creator, Professional, and Enterprise tiers.

Surfaces Bellwether intelligence and strategy outputs directly on client and account records, so research, plans, and recommendations live where the work happens.

    The system in practice.

Each use case follows the same operational shape: inputs become intelligence, intelligence becomes strategy, strategy becomes execution, and execution lands in the systems where work is managed.

    Branding Agency Client Onboarding

A branding or marketing agency is onboarding a new client and needs to quickly understand market position, audience, competitors, visibility gaps, and immediate opportunities.

Bellwether analyzes the client's brand position, competitor messaging, audience themes, content gaps, visibility weaknesses, and reputation signals.

The system identifies the strongest opportunities, positioning gaps, messaging improvements, campaign priorities, and recommended next actions.

The platform supports creation of campaign outlines, content direction, messaging frameworks, social content ideas, SEO/AEO content plans, and reporting summaries.

Recommended work can be organized into client records, campaign workflows, tasks, follow-up actions, and account-level visibility inside client records.

The agency moves from discovery to actionable strategy faster, with less manual research and clearer client direction.

    Reputation and Sentiment Recovery

A multi-location service business or local brand is seeing declining customer sentiment, negative reviews, or recurring complaints.

Bellwether identifies sentiment patterns, recurring complaints, location-specific issues, customer friction points, and emerging reputation risks.

The system recommends response priorities, localized messaging, service recovery focus areas, content themes, and follow-up actions.

The platform supports creation of response frameworks, customer communication drafts, local content themes, reputation recovery campaigns, and internal reporting summaries.

Issues, customers, locations, campaigns, and follow-up tasks are tied back into client workflows so the reputation strategy becomes operational rather than trapped in a report.

The business or agency can see what is going wrong, prioritize what matters, and coordinate recovery activity across marketing and operations.

AI Search Visibility and AEO Workflow

A brand is losing visibility as AI-generated answers, AI Overviews, and zero-click search experiences reduce traditional search traffic.

Bellwether identifies missing entity coverage, weak topical authority, competitor visibility advantages, content gaps, and AI citation weaknesses.

The system recommends AEO priorities, content clusters, authority-building topics, entity reinforcement, and visibility improvement actions.

The platform supports creation of SEO/AEO content plans, article briefs, content outlines, social amplification ideas, and reporting summaries.

Visibility work is organized into campaign records, content tasks, client reporting, execution timelines, and ongoing monitoring workflows.

The team gets a practical plan for improving visibility inside AI-driven search experiences, not just traditional rankings.

    Campaign Planning From Market Signals

An agency wants to build a campaign based on actual market movement rather than assumptions.

Bellwether surfaces market shifts, audience needs, competitor angles, emerging demand, and messaging opportunities.

The system recommends campaign themes, audience priorities, channel direction, messaging angles, and content opportunities.

The platform supports creation of campaign concepts, content ideas, SEO/AEO briefs, social post sets, email/message drafts, and reporting structures.

Campaign activity connects to clients, contacts, tasks, timelines, and performance reporting inside client records.

Campaign planning becomes faster, more evidence-based, and easier to coordinate across strategy, content, and account teams.

    Competitor Intelligence for Agency Clients

An agency needs to understand how a client compares against direct competitors in messaging, content, positioning, visibility, and market presence.

Bellwether compares messaging, audience focus, content depth, positioning themes, visibility gaps, and reputation strengths or weaknesses.

The system recommends differentiation opportunities, messaging improvements, content priorities, and competitive positioning adjustments.

The platform supports creation of competitive summaries, messaging frameworks, campaign angles, content plans, and client-facing reporting summaries.

Competitive insights attach to client records, campaign plans, account notes, and strategic follow-up workflows.

The agency can quickly explain where the client stands, where competitors are stronger, and what actions should come next.

    Cross-System Master Planning Report

A marketing team or agency wants to run multiple tools and combine the findings into one larger strategic planning view.

Bellwether aggregates findings from multiple modules and identifies larger patterns across brand, audience, search, reputation, content, and market activity.

The system creates an overall strategic planning view that prioritizes what matters most, what should happen first, and which workflows should be activated.

The platform supports creation of planning documents, campaign outlines, content priorities, reporting summaries, and workflow recommendations.

The plan is translated into operations-connected activity, including client records, campaign tracking, follow-up workflows, account notes, tasks, and reporting structures.

Instead of isolated tool outputs, the user gets a unified operational plan that connects intelligence, strategy, and execution.

    Where intelligence becomes work.

Intelligence that does not reach the operational layer is overhead. Bellwether is designed so that strategy and execution land directly in the systems where revenue is managed.

The operations surface is not a downstream destination; it is part of the operating model. Lead pipelines, task systems, campaign tracking, client intelligence, and operational dashboards are connected to the same intelligence and strategy that produce the recommendations.

The practical effect is continuity. The analyst, the strategist, and the operator are working from the same underlying record of what the market is doing and what the organization has decided to do about it. The Opening Bell brief reads directly from this record, every operations-driven action it surfaces is traceable back to the deal, contact, or company that produced the signal.

    Operating principles.

Distributed brands, one governed intelligence layer.

Enterprise extends Bellwether beyond a single marketing team. A brand can extend governed intelligence and publishing to the people who actually represent it in market, franchisees, agents, reps, and local partners, without surrendering brand control or mixing their data into the brand's own memory.

How the brain analyzes and learns, and why recommendations compound.

The Bellwether Brain is the synthesis layer underneath every tool. It is not a chat wrapper. It is a tiered reasoning pipeline operating over a persistent brand graph, where analysis and learning happen in the same layer so context never has to be re-entered and strategy never has to restart.

    Ingest

    Fast extraction at scale.

Websites, PDFs, client records, uploaded documents, notes, conversations, and connected reports are normalized into the brand graph. A fast tier (Gemini 3 Flash) handles extraction, classification, and structured capture so ingestion is cheap and continuous.

    Analyze & Learn

    Frontier reasoning with persistent memory.

Brand profiles, portfolio profiles, Opening Bell briefs, priority rankings, and conflict resolution are produced by a higher-reasoning tier (Gemini 2.5 Pro). Each output, edit, and captured signal is fed back into the graph in the same stage, so later recommendations build on earlier ones instead of starting fresh.

    Act

    Context flows between tools.

Every report, calendar, ad, video script, email, image, and presentation reads from the same brand graph. A recommendation surfaced by the Content Advisor pre-populates the Video Studio. A signal in Opening Bell becomes a task in client records. The brain remembers across the entire surface.

The differentiator is not the number of generators. It is the persistence of context across them. Most AI marketing tools forget the brand the moment a session ends. Bellwether's brain treats brand, client records, content history, and market signal as one connected memory, so a recommendation from one tool can be acted on inside another without re-explaining anything.

Tiered reasoning is the second half of the story. Cheap models are fast and reliable at extraction, pulling facts from a PDF, classifying a competitor move, summarizing a transcript. Frontier models are required for synthesis, weighing competing signals, resolving conflicts between reports, producing a strategy that holds up. Bellwether routes every workload to the correct tier so cost stays low and strategic quality stays high.

“Cheap models extract. Frontier models decide. Context never has to be re-entered.”

Every saved report carries a topic-aware title and timestamp into the library, so teams, agencies, and enterprises can locate the exact analysis behind any decision and the brain itself can cite it the next time a related question is asked.

    New surfaces extending the platform.

Ten recent additions move Bellwether from analysis into continuous, automated, collaborative operation.

Content Sanitization — Inbound & Outbound

Bellwether sanitizes twice: once on everything that enters the platform, once on everything that leaves it.

Inbound. Model responses, uploaded documents (PDF, Word, text), scraped pages, pasted copy, and Brain imports run through a shared hidden-character sanitizer before storage, indexing, or display. It removes zero-width characters (U+200B–U+200F), bidi and directional controls (U+202A–U+202E, U+2066–U+2069), word joiners and invisible operators (U+2060–U+2064), byte-order marks (U+FEFF), soft hyphens (U+00AD), orphan variation selectors (U+FE00–U+FE0E), and Unicode tag characters (U+E0000–U+E007F). Non-breaking and exotic spaces fold to regular spaces and text is NFC-normalized. Accents, emoji, and markdown are untouched; the pass is idempotent.

Outbound. A single scrub runs at the last hop before content leaves Bellwether — social publishing, WordPress posts and media, scheduled and autopilot runs, and exports. It re-applies the hidden-character pass to catch hand-edited text, removes AI-authorship disclosure lines and inline model tells, and strips provenance metadata from attached media (C2PA/JUMBF, EXIF, XMP, IPTC, PNG text chunks) across JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Pixels are never re-encoded, and any failure falls back to the original asset rather than blocking a publish.

    Adamantium, Self-Healing Resilience Layer

Every tool call runs inside Adamantium. Failures are classified in flight (network, expired session, stale bundle, rate limit, provider capacity, quota, server error) and the matching repair is applied automatically, including session refresh, bounded backoff, bundle reload, or provider re-heal, before the work is retried. The user never sees a stack trace; they see a short, friendly status line while the platform fixes itself, then the completed result. A immediate recovery starts when a critical incident is recorded. A scheduled watcher also sweeps failures every five minutes, clusters them by signature, applies unattended remediation, updates tool health, and escalates only what it cannot repair.

    Connected Sites

Connected Sites is the website layer of the platform, currently in Private Beta by invitation. Bellwether builds an SEO and AEO optimized site for the brand and wires it to the account with a hashed, revocable per-brand key. The Brain selects the next topic from live signals, generates the post in brand voice, and one approval in Flight Check publishes it to the website and the connected social channels at the same moment. The site then reports page views, reading time, entry pages, referring sources and top posts back into the brand Brain, closing the loop so performance shapes the next thing published. Every request is authenticated, sanitized through the outbound scrubber, and scoped to a single brand. Connection health is swept on a schedule and escalated through Adamantium when a site stops responding.

    AI agent manual and tracking

AI agents such as Muse get a public guide at /agents and, once signed in, a private manual at /agent-manual covering every tool, workflow, account setting and safety rule, generated from the How to Use guides and hidden from search. Agent visits are classified server-side.

Follow in Opening Bell and Ask Bellwether

Quoted claims from the sources a brand follows appear in Opening Bell under Following, with a link to each source, and Ask Bellwether cites them as outside views, never brand facts. When nothing new was found, Ask Bellwether says so. Next Move has an admin funnel and editable questions and recipes, and new Vibe and AI Presence scoring is released to admins first, with an admin Score comparison page showing old and new Vibe and AI Presence results side by side. Politiverse Sentiment has a Compare tab for two places or two time periods.

    Capture by Bellwether

An installable mobile companion for creators, included with Creator and every plan that inherits the Creator toolset. Eligibility is resolved server-side. Today shows the prioritized move for the active brand, Capture records a photo, short video, or typed context into an autosaved draft, Create turns that draft into brand-aligned post copy with per-platform variants, and the result is handed to Flight Check for approval and publishing.

A synthesis layer that connects every brand, report, note, client record, and asset into one graph. Fast extraction handles ingestion; higher-reasoning synthesis produces brand and portfolio profiles, Opening Bell briefs, priority rankings, and conflict resolution that every other tool can draw from.

    Vibe Studio

Vibe Check+ now renders the full analysis inline beneath the scan with print, save, and download. Advise turns findings into Saved Tasks; Create prepopulates from them; Script and Thumbnail generators carry brand context straight into production.

    Workflows & Automations

Compose multiple tools into a single run, then schedule or trigger them. Recurring competitor briefs, content plans, and post-launch monitoring run on their own with full visibility into history and in-flight status.

    Ask Bellwether

A platform-wide copilot grounded in the active brand, the Brain, client records, and saved libraries. It cites sources, navigates to the right tool, and can trigger workflows directly from chat.

    Image Studio

A brand-aware visual production surface, a nine-tab page plus a reusable modal embedded inside Social, Email, and Calendar. Generated visuals inherit the active brand's palette, persona, and campaign context, so imagery stays consistent without leaving the workflow that needs it.

    Content Calendar Collaboration

The calendar now supports drag-and-drop rescheduling across the month, assignees pulled from account seats, deadlines, and a full Briefing → Drafting → Review → Scheduled → Published status workflow. Any card can generate a Skyscraper-Plus AI brief without leaving the calendar.

    Unique Content for Teams

On Professional and Enterprise, a team can switch Unique Content on. Every idea for a brand becomes one shared pool, and an idea belongs to one person the moment they take it. Suggestions, the weekly plan, Topics and every Create tool show only ideas that are free, so two people never produce the same post. Claiming is settled in the database, so simultaneous clicks resolve to a single owner.

    Automated Blog Engine

The admin blog runs on a cron with a live status panel. Posts move through Pending → Approved → Published with approval as a toggle and publishing as a separate one-click action. The cron pulls from the approved queue first and only generates new topics when the backlog is below the daily target.

    Generation Credits

A unified credit economy across reports, content, automations, and Opening Bell. One credit equals one generation; there are no variable costs. Bellwether shows projected monthly usage before any automation is activated, and admins can extend with credit packs from the Account surface.

    Error Tracking & Observability

A central admin surface captures every edge-function failure, unhandled browser error, and rejected promise across the platform. Failures are deduplicated, grouped by function and status, and presented with stack traces and request payloads so operators can triage without leaving the product.

Know the move. Create the work.

Bellwether is the first Strategic Signal Model for marketing, the decision layer between analytics and execution. Its purpose is to unify the three things that, in most organizations, sit in separate systems: intelligence, strategy, and execution.

Analytics tools tell you what happened. Automation tools move data. LLMs answer questions. An SSM decides, and then produces the finished work required to act. Bellwether removes friction from the process teams already follow: gathering signal, making sense of it, deciding what to do, preparing what to ship, and operating the resulting work inside the systems where revenue is managed.

The reduction in time between understanding the market and acting on it is the central value of the system. Everything else is built in service of that.

Bellwether's visual style draws from newspapers, editorial systems, and printed intelligence briefs: gathered information, organized with care, and presented with authority. Bellwether does the modern version for marketing teams by separating signal from noise and turning market intelligence into clear direction.
