Every listing marketed. Every market watched.
Add a property once. Bellwether tells you what to promote today, builds the posts, flyer and brochure, and shows what your market and your marketing are doing.
See Plans See the workflowsReal screen, sample listing.
From market signal to marketing that works.
Pulse and your listings feed Opening Bell. You create, approve and publish. Results come back and sharpen the next move.
Real facts in. A clear next step out.
Every listing action comes from data you can see. If the data isn't there, the line is left out.
Property facts
Price, beds, baths, square feet, status and the features you entered.
Dates and history
Open house times, price and status changes, and every campaign already made.
Real Estate Pulse
When Pulse tracks the area, the market line is shown with its source and date.
People are asking
Buyer questions from Conversations that mention the address or MLS number.
Three ways agents use it every week.
1. Opening Bell to finished marketing
Start the day with what to promote, end it with posts scheduled.
2. Tracking engagement
Know which listings and which creative actually drew interest.
3. Fresh photos with Capture
Get new photos from the field without chasing anyone.
One property. Every piece of marketing.
One record per property
Address, price, facts, agent, photos with a starred hero, MLS number and property page.
Seven milestones
Coming Soon, Just Listed, Open House, New Price, Under Contract, Sold and general promotion.
Full campaign pack
Square, portrait, story and carousel graphics, caption, branded flyer, multi-page brochure and QR sign.
Outdated asset alerts
Change the price or status and Bellwether lists the marketing built from old facts, with Update Assets.
Schedule
Puts the campaign on the Content Calendar, with open house reminders 3 days and 1 day before.
Opens the Email Campaign Builder already filled in with the listing.
Request photos
Sends a Capture request to field staff. Their photos land on the property.
Team roles
Admin, Agent and Approver. Agents edit their own listings, Approvers approve campaigns.
Flight Check
Nothing posts until a person approves it. Copy describes the home, never the buyer.
Know what is changing in your market.
Add the neighborhoods, ZIP codes or counties you serve. Pulse reads public activity there and explains what changed, why it matters and what to say.
Ask a question about any market and get an answer that says what it's based on. You see the credit cost before every update, and a market is watched once for the whole team.
Built for how real estate works.
Individual agents
Every listing marketed on time, without rebuilding the same flyer.
Teams
Roles keep agents on their own listings while Approvers sign off.
Brokerages
Consistent branding, disclaimers and tracked results across every office.
Questions agents ask.
What are Bellwether Real Estate Tools?
Two tools for agents and teams: Real Estate Listings turns each property into social posts, captions, flyers, brochures and QR signs for every milestone, and Real Estate Pulse watches your local markets and explains what changed. Opening Bell ties them together with daily listing actions.
How does Bellwether decide what to recommend?
Only from real data: the property's facts, its open house dates, price and status history, the campaigns already made, Real Estate Pulse market data for the area when tracked, and buyer questions from Conversations. Each recommendation shows its reason. Nothing is estimated.
Does it connect to my MLS?
Not yet. You enter the property once and Bellwether reuses it for every campaign.
Will it make up features?
No. Copy uses only the facts you saved, and missing facts are left out.
Is the copy fair housing safe?
It describes the property, never the kind of buyer. You always review in Flight Check before anything posts.
Which plans include Real Estate Tools?
Real Estate Listings is included in Professional and Enterprise. Real Estate Pulse uses credits per market update, with cost shown before you approve.
