Disclaimers

Bellwether is a marketing intelligence and production platform. It combines multiple AI models, live web research, third party data providers and your own uploaded material to produce research, strategy, content and media. This page explains the limits of that work so you know how to use it.

1. Multiple tools, multiple sources

A single Bellwether output can pass through several systems, including large language models, search and crawling services, answer engines, image, video and audio generators, and analytics or advertising data providers. Each of those systems has its own coverage, refresh schedule, indexing behavior and error profile. Results can differ between runs, between models and between days, even when the inputs look the same.

2. Accuracy is not guaranteed

AI systems can be wrong. They can misread a page, miss a source, summarize something inaccurately, attribute a statement to the wrong party, or state something with confidence that is simply not correct. Bellwether works to ground outputs in verified data and to flag gaps rather than fill them with estimates, but no automated system removes this risk. Treat every output as a strong first draft that a person should review.

3. Scores, metrics and visibility measurements

Scores, grades, rankings, health metrics and AI Presence measurements are directional indicators, not audited figures. Answer engines are non deterministic and personalize responses, so a measurement is a sample of what those engines produced at the time of the run for the questions tested. It is not a guarantee of what any user will see. Bellwether cannot buy, guarantee or force a mention, citation or recommendation in any AI system.

4. No professional advice

Bellwether outputs, including compliance and regulatory features, are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment or other professional advice, and they do not replace review by qualified counsel or a licensed professional. Compliance features help surface possible risks and safer wording, but you remain responsible for meeting every requirement that applies to you.

5. No performance guarantees

Nothing in Bellwether is a promise of specific results. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, budget, offer, execution and timing. Examples, forecasts, benchmarks and projections are illustrative.

6. Third party content and trademarks

Bellwether may reference or display information about third party brands, websites, platforms and publications for research and comparison. Those names and marks belong to their owners, and reference does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Third party services may change or restrict access at any time, which can affect availability or completeness of results.

7. Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving anything you publish, send or present from Bellwether, including claims, statistics, citations, imagery and generated likenesses. Verify facts and sources before public use.

8. Changes

Bellwether evolves. Models, providers and features may be added, replaced or removed, and this page may be updated to reflect that. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.
